This series doesn’t EXACTLY address your request, but it definitely covers social situations in a more close family setting, focusing more on healthy conflict. It’s full of scenarios and situations that might come up, and gives advice on how to deal with them in a healthy or unhealthy way. It’s the “How to Talk So Kids Will Listen And Listen So Kids Will Talk” series. I know it’s a parenting book, but I think it could apply to other social situations too.
The author wrote several books, and then her daughter took up the series and wrote a couple herself.
In order, there’s 1) how to to talk so kids will listen, 2) how to talk so kids will learn, 3) how to talk so teens will listen, 4) how to talk so little kids will listen, 5) how to talk when kids won’t listen.
I’ve only read the first, but I plan to read the rest at some point.
