Hello omniscient readers. Do you know any stories where the main character (preferably a boy) has gradually descended into madness because he was so lonely but then was saved back to normal by the warmth from someone special?
I've read 'Veronika decides to die'. It was good but I'm looking for more focus into that character.
Maybe he was kept in the restraint room. Maybe he went berserk. And no one could understand him. Until someone came and it all changed✨
Most stories involving an asylum are depressing.
Like 'One flew over the cuckoo's nest'.
'The bell Jar' was even more suffocating.
Is there really not a single asylum kid with a happy ending?
