I will go nowhere near anything with only a cute cover and or that you saw in every preppy video and or be overhyped online.
Please suggest me a genuinely heartwarming, full of love, sweet, magical and or spiritual (doesn’t have to be spiritual, just has to be magical.) novel that you love or have heard about that is truly amazing. under no circumstances can the main plot be romance. (Sub plots are okay, but it has to be done tastefully.) Please also avoid novels that are hard to read.
I have been working super hard and I want something peaceful and lovely and enjoyable and not hard to read before Christmas finally begins. (doesn’t have to be super easy, it just can’t be hard.)

Hogfather by Terry Prachett. It’s about stopping someone from trying to kill the local version of Santa, Christmas stories, and what it actually means to be human. It can be read as a standalone book.
*Skipping Christmas* is an easy to read (and short) novel. If you’ve seen Christmas with the Kranks, it is based off this book. It was written in 2001 and I recall a line or two making me go :/ but overall it’s a cute story
