Hey guys and gals, ngl I've been friends with only guys all my life and I'm looking for a book to understand the female perspective a little more. Particularly smut books, because I understand conceptually some things but I think going through the story would help me. I'm not trying to do any of that PUA stuff and would rather genuinely understand, in order to better connect with women in dating, friendships and even family (even if that sounds weird). I've always wondered why flirting is a little rapey, like she feigns indifference or even gives rejections and he keeps pushing anyway, almost coersive, but I 100% believe no one really wants that in real life. If you say no, and someone pushes you'd naturally feel bothered, regardless of gender. I have the idea that women want to be lead and taken away, just let go and relax and be taken care of but I still have no idea how consistent that is. Sometimes a guy says "come with me" and it's either an excited yes or a cold no, and I was wondering what traits would make you trust a guy. Any good smut books on this topic would be appreciated. I've already started a non-fiction book about female nature but it just isn't clicking. Again a story with setup and characters would help make it make sense. ps. will not read 50 shades of grey as I've heard it's a bad representation of this sort of thing, even if it's popular.
