Hey everyone,
I’m trying to decide on my next read and would love some advice from people who’ve read these.
I’m looking for something I can realistically finish in a couple weeks or so — I don’t mind longer I just don't want a book that feels like it’s dragging on forever.
Here are the books I’m considering right now:
- Dark Matter – Blake Crouch
- A Man Called Ove – Fredrik Backman
- The Nightingale – Kristin Hannah
- Night – Elie Wiesel
- The Stranger – Albert Camus
- The Things They Carried – Tim O’Brien
I’m open to fiction or non-fiction (especially non-fiction that reads like a novel). I like books that are emotionally meaningful or thought-provoking, but still very readable.
If you’ve read any of these:
- Which one stuck with you the most?
- Which one didn’t feel like a slog?
- If you had to pick just one, which would you recommend and why?
