I stumbled across a correspondence by letter between Sigmund Freud and Albert Einstein about how to bring about world peace and stop wars from happening, which was fascinating. I found it so much more interesting seeing them argue in relation to each other, and explain their points while being polite etc. Much more engaging than reading a book chapter or something.
I'm just wondering, are there other examples of letters between people that are really interesting? Perhaps famous people but anyone really, if the content is interesting enough.
Doesn't have to be in book form, I guess it could be in any form really!

How about Tesla and Twain? However, few of them have been preserved. And there were also talks about world peace, but not in the same manner.
A very underrated correspondence book is the one between Mishima and Kawabata, very amusing but only if you’re interested in post-war Japanese literature. And since you mentioned Freud, there’s one huge book of correspondence between him and Jung, I haven’t read it yet but looking forward to
Edit: typo
I know this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, so feel free to ignore this, but I really enjoyed *Letters to a German Friend by Albert Camus*. The German friend in this case is a hypothetical person.
Here And Now is a collection of letters between authors Paul Auster and JM Coetzee
