A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness & The River Has Roots by Amal El-Mohtar. Also Coraline by Neil Gaiman & The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin (in most editions. If not under, then close to 200).
Also IDK if you count graphic novels toward your count (I do) but I loved The Magic Fish by Trung Le Nguyen and My Friend Dahmer by Derf Backderf.
