I want to explore this subject (desire) more deeply and its complexities, as it’s what my art is about. Can you suggest any books novels or nonfiction that you think best cover or portray this theme? Thank you~

I’m not saying that’s good or bad, just that it’s likely inevitable in certain circles (like mine- highly educated women in their 40s and 50s who like to drink wine and argue about art as social commentary).
