New reader here! I’m looking for some recommendations for a book that is listed in the title of this post.
I love psychological thriller movies and shows like: Coherence, Saltburn, The Substance, Alice in Borderland, Parasite, etc.
I definitely want something that will f my mind and make me think, something twisting and shocking too!
But! The only thing is I don’t really care for crime stories or anything too murder focused.
Help me out!!

Annihilation, by Jeff Vandermeer. I haven’t read any of the books you mentioned but based on what other things you said, you might like it.
