so basically problem i'm facing is I aspire to do something for example workout 5 times a week, and feel motivated that it'd feel
make my way to it, feel awesome, but then it becomes a routine and there's no excitement to be felt no where close to what I was feeling i would have once i have this lifestyle
I know material happiness is always trashed on but with genuinly good lifestyle things, i really wanna feel same excitment.
