Looking for a high fantasy-romance-dystopian novel, where the story is centered on humans with magic rather than magical creatures (but it’s not a deal breaker if other creatures exist in this world) :)

Maybe something along the lines of One Dark Window meets Hunger Games. Prefer NA but YA is fine too. Can be a standalone novel or part of a larger series, just looking for something a little different from my normal reads — thanks in advance for any recs!
