TLDR; book on forming deeper relations, handling/discovering problems in bonding, self-analyzing in this context.

I am a social activitist, a leader of community, who people find charismatic (as I have been numerously told). In childhood I experienced social rejection and abuse from the filmy. This had a profound effect on my bonding. To this day I have problem forming deeper relations. There is no issue with business, small talk, partying, but after that I am left alone. My DMs are empty when there is a breake from the organizational work. I tried to reach people first more often but I felt that I was more engaged than them. A week of no contact is killing me.

Are there books that could help me look into this problem? In particular, how can I develop more meaningful relations. Years ago I read Dale Carnegie, it was really helpful but I find it now superficial. How to not be so lonely?
