(Apologies for the bad capitalization; I’m on my phone.) Among my favorite books that I’ve read in recent years are the following:
Commonwealth by Ann Patchet, the brothers K by david james Duncan, tomorrow and tomorrow and tomorrow by Gabrielle zevin, till the wheels fall off by Brad Zeller, after Dolores by Sarah schulman, in the garden of the North American martyrs by Tobias Wolff, 100 years of solitude by Gabriel Garcia Marquez, and the power and the glory by graham green, a tree grows in Brooklyn by Betty smith. Read My Brilliant Friend this year. I liked it okay, but wouldn’t rate it amongst my favorites. Though I plan to continue on with the series.
Also loved some of the classics and more modern classics in the past, including Steinbeck, Salinger, mocking bird, Jane Austen
