If you want something gentler but still meaningful, A Man Called Ove is a great choice and very readable. 1984 is powerful, but I usually suggest it once you’re already back in a reading groove. Letters to a Young Poet is beautiful, but more reflective and slower. If you want something a little strange and unforgettable, The Master and Margarita is incredible if you’re up for it.
