I reread a lot of books but I’m going to leave those out and list new books in 2025. It’s a toss up between Ilona Andrews The Inheritance and L.E. Modesitt Jr Legalist, both fantasy novels.

There’s a brazilian book called “se deus me chamar não vou” (translated to if god calls me i won’t get or something like that) that tells the story of a 11 years old child and talks about depression, anxiety and usual struggles by a toddler. Got me so emotional, and even though it’s a simple book you can really relate and get the giant amount of feeling that is described in every chapter.

[**Poverty by America**](https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/61358638-poverty-by-america) – this should be a mandatory reading; everyone should read this once in their lifetime to know how to relate to other people. Many people don’t even realize these things before going through them. It touches on so many subjects, first and foremost ethics, humanity and things any of us should know, to better relate to each other and to be a better human. I think if everyone would read this, it would solve so many isues, and change how we relate to and treat other people. Despite the title, this is applicable anywhere outside the US, and once you start reading, it’s hard to put it down.
