I want to read scifi stories about an inter-species crew working together on a ship. I know there are plenty of Star Trek and Star Wars novels that cover this but I’d like recs outside those series’.
The more the story focuses on the lives of the human and aliens characters on the ship the better. The more they are “stuck” on the ship the better also, almost like a submarine crew.
Looking for something like this in any genre really. Space opera, horror, comedy, etc.
