As the title says, Undress Me in the Temple of Heaven by Susan Gilman – looking for more reads like this that are memoirs, travel adventures/misadventures. I enjoyed that it felt like I was right there, seeing what she saw, but that it didn’t read like a history book or encyclopedia.
I’m also open to other memoir suggestions that don’t totally fit the above, memoirs are my favorite genre.
