I loved "I have no mouth and I must scream" , "A Minor Apocalypse” by polish author Tadeusz Konwicki (main character gets asked to kill himself to oppose the system and spends his last hours walking around a ruined by regime city while we all get a view of his depressed thought process), I enjoyed the climax of "1984" although the writing and characters weren’t really it for me, I also liked "Antigone in New York” by Janusz Głowacki. Books that can be interpreted in many ways, making you reflect and showing almost an apocalyptic world. Anybody has any recommendations? Thanks 😀
