I want to write something sci-fantasy, but I've heard the advice a million times of "read the genre you want to write"
So I want to know some really good ones. I'm not opposed to 'chosen one' stories but I prefer just people dealing with their own lives and challenges in a rich, well built world.
Some inspo for my likes in a similar genre would be the TV shows Arcane, and Avatar: The Legend of Korra
And The Iron Widow series by Xiran Jay Zha
