The flair is "Not picky!" but I am quite picky😭 also I TOTALLY DO NAWT HAVE A HUGEEE TBR LIST! (i absolutely do but I don't wanna deal with that rn🎀) So recommend me smthn that you think I might enjoy. I'm open to suggestions, but ig I'm more drawn to warm, fuzzy, light reads at the moment? Idk😭
Last year was such a disappointment when it came to reading for me. I only read about 13 books (I was burnt out and depressed af🙏🏽) out of the 35 books goal I had set for myself. Hopefully, I can read at least 15-20 this year🤞🏽🍀
Anyways, drop your faves! Keep it light though. I'm so fucking burnt out, it's not even funny. This literature degree is seriously challenging my love for the said literature 😭

Maybe something like Before the Coffee Gets Cold?
Thought finding a rec among all the books I read would be easy–but they are NOT light, warm or fuzzy LOL. Mostly a bit dark and very riveting, nothing dense but sometimes convoluted, and definitely cannot-put-down-able.
The Chronographia (also known as the 14 Byzantine Rulers) by Michael Psellos
