Hey everyone, I have been feeling blue for sometime now, specially this winter.
Depression and apathy left me doom scrolling the past few months, wrecking my attention span. I want to start with short stories, to slowly get my brain back in order and not beat myself about leaving yet another book half way through.
What short stories really impacted you?
Could be anything from deep and philosophical to even comedy. Or anything that comes into mind.

It’s not a short story, but if you’re looking for an engaging Read, that might be helpful, I really liked a gentleman in Moscow. It’s not short, but it’s easy to read. It’s not super deep but it’s a pretty cool story about making the best of a bad situation.
[The Sword of Good](http://www.yudkowsky.net/other/fiction/the-sword-of-good). It’s sort of fragments of an idea somebody had, a few scenes from what could have been a longer novel. I cannot recommend it enough.
