Hi everyone! I have two huge interviews in January. I’ve done the prep, but the downtime between now and the results in February is killing me. I’m spending all my time bracing for bad news rather than relaxing.
Can anyone recommend a book that helps with:
1. Letting go of control after you've done the work
2. Accepting bad outcomes/rejection without spiraling
3. Finding hope (I’m usually skeptical about "destiny" talk, but honestly, I’m desperate enough to read anything that offers a new perspective right now)
Self help or not, both are fine. Thanks in advance.

Have you read Radical Acceptance? Also, good luck, I have been there before many times and the only thing that helps is focusing on improving what I didn’t think was my best.
