My bf(M28) recently told me he doesn't think he's ever a read a whole book. This past year he has been trying on and off again to read The Alchemist but hasn't been able to really stay interested/focused long enough. He has expressed wanting to read and I would love to get him a book for the new year. I imagine something on the shorter end so he doesn't get too overwhelmed would be best
He loves action and adventure movies, and hates horror… He loves all things tech…
(In no way am I judging his past lack of reading, everyone is raised differently and has different interests, I would just love to support a new interest of his!)

Check out Children of Time by Adrian Tchaikovsky. A fast-paced, epic sci-fi/fantasy novel filled with interesting characters, rich world building, adventure, and a compelling sci-fi premise at the core.
