Suggest me a book that will help motivate me as a parent

I’m stuck at home with a two month old and an intensely emotional four year old who are competing for my attention all day and it’s draining me mentally and physically. I’m not looking for a book with tips for parenting, but a book that will encourage me to keep doing the work even though it is so hard and progress is slow. A hug in the form of a book for a tired mom in the thick of parenting young kids. Thanks ❤️
