A couple days ago watched “Watching the Detectives” (Cilian Murphy and Lucy Liu) and loved it. Their emotions were so sincere and real. Added to my favourite kind-of romance list (first position was and will always be Lost in Translation). But enough of movies.
What novels can you recommend me if I liked the Watching the Detectives?

That movie has such a specific vibe! You might dig The Time Traveler’s Wife by Audrey Niffenegger – it has that same kind of tender but slightly offbeat romance thing going on. Also maybe check out Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine, it’s not straight romance but has really genuine emotional moments between awkward people
