Hi,
I am looking for good and interesting historical novels. I have read Medici series from Matteo Strukul, Claduis by Robert Graves and am currently reading Master of Rome by Colleen McCullough(but I cant find third trilogy in my language, there was only one print and they are extremely rare). I enjoyed all books and love the genre.
What would you recommend me to check out? I really love historical novels and love history.

Some historical novels / authors with the same style as the books you mention would be:
– **Santiago Posteguillo**. Definitely check out if you like Rome. He has the *Scipio Africanus* trilogy and the *Julia* series.
– **Bernard Cornwell**. I enjoyed his *Stonehenge* book.
– **Ildefonso Falcones**. Major author here in Spain. *Cathedral of the Sea* is his most famous work, personally I like *The Hand of Fatima*.
– **Ken Follett**, especially *The Pillars of the Earth*
– **Umberto Eco**’s *The Name of the Rose*
– **James Clavell** is very popular in the US, especially his *Asian Saga* (includes *Shogun*)
How historically accurate are you looking for? If you are looking for some that are light on history but heavy on novel then I suggest:
{{Seventh Son by Orson Scott Card}}
{{Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld}}
If you are looking for something heavy on historicly accurate, then I don’t have anything for you.
