Hello everyone, I am new to this sub
I am looking for bunch of short stories or collection of short stories with a twist ending. The stories might relate to everyday mundane life. Preferable story structure is Setup -> then Punchline, like jokes. Also will love it to be very short.

Basically all of Roald Dahl’s short stories (very different from his children’s books) work like this. I think *A Twist In The Tale* was the first collection I read and contains several classics.

Bloom by Delilah S. Dawson – the ending was crazy didn’t expect that pretty short book
The convenience store woman by sayaka murata – started out pretty normal and then once again the ending made me gasp I absolutely was not expecting that either.
The Vegetarian by Han Kang a quick read as well has a bit more sensitive topics in it so I’d check for trigger warning on it – the entire book blew my mind.
Revenge by Yoko Ogawa
