I've read around 25 books in 2025.
Generalyl, they've been the First Law series, a few Kurt Vonnegut, Gillian Flynn's novels, and my last 3 have been some of the classics I'd had on my 'to be read' list for ages.
I.e. Crime and Punishment, Blood Meridian and then Grapes of Wrath to make number 99 for lifetime books read
Any suggestions on what I could read to hit the 100 milestone?

Lonesome Dove or East of Eden. Both weighty 20th century classics that are gratifying and sweeping stories. Great stuff!
100 years of solitude would have a nice symmetry to it.
My friends raved about the first law books, I thought they were pretty mid – Abercrombie specifically.
I’d recommend Richard Swan’s The Empire of the Wolf trilogy. Similar vein but 10x better imo.
Or Jay Kristoff’s Empire of the Vampire series just concluded at the end of 2025 and they’re fantastic. Gothic french inspired vampire land, amazingly written.
