Guys, I want to read a book about self-love and self-acceptance. I often encounter other people's aloofness towards me, they don't take the initiative, leave, and so on. After that, I start to self-flagellate and blame myself, thinking that something is wrong with me. Perhaps there are books that will be relevant to my problem (I think I lack self-confidence and inner support). Could you recommend something useful that has a scientific basis that could help me?
