I’m going on an 8 day cruise in February and need book suggestions!

I’ll be in the quiet part of the ship reading most of the time. I’m a historian that loves horror, fiction, philosophy and of course history, politics and historical fiction. Pretty much anything other than murder mysteries.

I’ve just finished Demon of Unrest by Larsen and The Question by Henri Alleg (about the morality of torture during the Algerian war for independence) and would love some suggestions for books that I could almost finish on my cruise. Thanks!
