Hi everyone! I decided to challenge myself a bit and broaden my literary horizons this year and am looking for books from different countries. I am from Sweden so read a lot of Swedish books. I also read a lot of books published in the US and UK. I love reading but I feel like it sometimes becomes a bit repetitive and would love to experience different cultures and worlds. I read a lot of fantasy so anything in that genre is especially welcome, but I am also open to crime, romance or anything else you have to offer me (accept horror cuz I am a coward). Thanks!

From Romania you can read Melancholy or Nostalgia by Mircea Cartarescu. They’re both made of short stories, the genre is magical realism.
The Mirror Visitor Quartet by Christelle Dabos is a really good fantasy series from France!
