Fiction about living through loneliness

Not in a great place currently, I don't know for how long this emotional hole is going to exist. Hope and wait to even come across a chance to act upon seems bleak for some years. Just need something that would reaffirm my faith in me and I don't know what to keep going. Anything fiction including fantasy would work
