Anthony Savas and Elias Anargyros, two Greek Australian friends, recently wrote “Sprout Story” a children's book wherein vegetable characters in the book can grow into real vegetables after children plant the pages.
the project also aims to counter rising screen time among children. “We believe outdoor play should be encouraged, celebrated, and valued just as much as digital literacy,” they said.
