Hi everyone,
I’m a 18-year-old college student. Recently, I’ve been going through a "self-improvement arc" (hitting the gym, improving my fashion, focusing on my career in IT).
However, I’ve realized that my social intelligence regarding women is zero. I grew up pretty isolated and fell into the "Nice Guy" trap—thinking that if I’m just nice and do favors, women will like me. Obviously, that backfired, and I’ve had some bad experiences with toxic relationships and mixed signals.
I want to actually understand Female Psychology and Social Dynamics.
I’m not looking for "pickup lines" or manipulation tricks. I want to understand:
- How attraction actually works for women (vs. men).
- Why "nice guys" finish last and what confidence actually looks like.
- How to read signs/body language correctly so I stop wasting time on people who aren't interested.
What books, YouTube channels, or psychological concepts should I study?
Thanks in advance!

Most of resources out there are pseudoscientific crap. Steer clear. These are quite helpful and reliable

Just read female authors?
Do you want to understand women or do you just want to sleep with women?
