I usually read romantasy, dark romance, or paranormal romance, but am open to other books! I would love some dystopian or post-apocalyptic romance novel suggestions as well. I’m totally okay with romance being sub-plot and not the focus. Spice is okay! I normally read adult instead of YA, but really I’m just looking for anything to hook me in and enjoy reading again. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!

Based on your list I’d definitely check out The Poppy War series – it’s got that darker vibe like Six of Crows but with more mature themes. Also maybe try The Power by Naomi Alderman for dystopian with romance subplot, that one’s addictive af
