I’m getting back into reading and would love some new book reccs!
For context, I am a 21 y/o M in college who enjoys running, cooking, photography, and film, is a news junkie, and is very attune to social and geopolitical issues. I tend to read a lot of non-fiction (news, books, Substacks) but want to get back into reading fiction, books that I can’t put down.
Growing up I loved The Hardy Boys series, Carl Hiassen’s Hoot and Scat books, and enjoyed The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks, There There by Tommy Orange, and The Catcher in the Rye.
So…my taste is all over the place but would love some fiction books that will keep me hooked, expand my perspectives, and get me back into reading. Thanks in advance!
