I used to be so happy all the time & then was outcasted from my family. (Still have my kids, husband, & in-laws side. Yay π)
This led me into a big depression. I feel like I now gravitate towards negative stuff like the news, negative side of TikTok, etc.
I need to surround myself with some positivity. π
I bought the book Meditations by Marcus Aurelius but itβs definitely a sit down book that requires interpretation & I just have bad brain fog right now.
An audiobook would be great so I can be active and listen to it at the same time.
