Want to get into reading again

I want to get back to reading again after stopping reading fiction during my bachelor's program.

• The Lathe of Heaven – Ursula K. Le Guin
• The woman in the dunes – Abe Kōbō
• I'm thinking of Ending Things – Ian Reid
• Gormenghast – Mervyn Peake

I generally like magical realism, unique settings, and interesting dialogue

As a gay man, I would be interested in reading more books with gay people in them without their sexuality be the main focus of the book
