Hi! I’m looking for book recommendations with a comically creepy MMC who is a vampire, while the human FMC doesn’t know he’s a vampire. He’s awkward, unsettling, and socially off in a funny way, not smooth or broody. It doesn't have to be romance but it is what I typically read.
The FMC takes his weirdness in stride and treating him like an odd but well-meaning human rather than a threat. I’m especially interested in humor-driven creepiness, banter, and a strong character dynamic.
The MMC being ancient, out of touch, or wildly misreading modern human behavior would be a big plus, like phrasing things as if he learned manners from like 3000-years ago etiquette and asking unsettling questions with complete sincerity while the FMC just sighs and says, “Okay, first of all, you can’t say that to people.”
