Looking to see if there are any books based off of a dnd character design i heard about a while back.
Basic premise is a living sentient witch's hat that wants to become a real witch. After a while of failed attempts to craft a a body it comes across a dying girl in a dungeon and after keeping her company until she dies it takes control of her body.
This concept is used to make tie in quest ect. But was wondering if there are any printed books or digital books based on the concept of an inanimate object gaining sentient.
I know of a few odd ball ones with mimics and there was one about a cursed suit of armor. Don't remember any of there names off the top.
