Hello everyone! I am writing here because I am looking for a book that I could recommend for my boyfriend, specifically related to the female anatomy. I am looking for something that explains the menstrual cycle, as well as the emotional and hormonal impact it has during each phase. It would be good if the book is also relatively easy to read, so that it doesn’t seem like it is written for medicine students 😅
