Went to Sicily a few years ago and our Italian guide recommended the Inspector Montalbano series of books. So I bought the first of the series there, came home and read every one of them. I really enjoyed the setting, the mystery, the writing, and of course the food. Montalbano is always eating. Can you recommend something you found similar?
