I had finished this book three months ago yet thinking about it every now and then.I found this novel more about fate and inevitably rather than glory or love. Unlike many novels, this one never pretends the ending can change. You know from the beginning what will happen. And yet the tragedy doesn’t come from surprise. It comes from watching characters make understandable, human choices within an unavoidable framework.so human, so pure!
