I purchased a copy of Dexter is Dead, by Jeff Lindsay, from Amazon back in July. I shelved it without opening it. I pulled it yesterday to start reading and I’m am greeted with the title page from Wu Ming-Ye’s The Man with the Compound Eyes. I couldn’t return it because it was six months ago, but the chat rep was nice enough to give me a $15 promotional credit (so, replacing it only cost $0.50).
Has this ever happened to any of you?
