Looking for suggestions for age appropriate books for my niece. I tried asking her the title of some books she's enjoyed but she couldn't tell me the names. She likes mystery and books that contain a lot of drama. She says she's not a fan of chapter books unless it's a book she like and she prefers comics.

Have you tried the Raina Telgemeier graphic novels? They’re perfect for that age and have tons of drama. Also maybe check out the Nancy Drew graphic novel series – mystery + comics combo that might be exactly what she’s looking for
