Hello, I just started reading classics, and if it helps, i started with crime and punishment by Fyodor Dostoevsky (pls don't call me performative). I'm almost finished with it and are thinking of starting a new book. If it helps, i prefer books that are psychological and could possibly help with my english writing. That's just my preference, I'm willing to take any recommendations of any genre. Please help and thank you!

Nice choice starting with Crime and Punishment, that book definitely messes with your head in the best way. For more psychological stuff I’d recommend The Stranger by Camus or maybe some Kafka like The Metamorphosis – both will give you that existential dread vibe and really solid prose to learn from. If you want something a bit different but still classic, try One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest
