So this is probably gonna be a broad question, but I just realized I’ve been reading almost nothing but "Western" literature for the longest time. Honestly, I’ve read so many Russian classics that at this point I feel like I actually lived in that era lol
I’m mostly looking for novels especially classics from different countries that’ll give me some sense of their culture. I was thinking of starting with Middle Eastern or East Asian literature but I’m open to any suggestions as long as there’s an English translation.
