As the title says, I’m getting a new perspective about who I am after reading this masterpiece by Mark Wolynn, if you have read this book, what do you think? It might worth mentioning that before reading the book, I was seeing a Therapist due to anxiety and after loosing my dad on December 2024, so having the tools that the therapist gave me plus the book information and excercises openned a new world before my eyes, curious to see what you think about the book 🙂 also if you have any recommendations on books to continue self improvement, please feel free to share them
