Hello everyone!
So I read on my way to and from work on the train (15 minutes approx both ways), and I always have to leave chapters half way due to length or arriving at my stop before finishing.
I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations of books that have chapters about 2 -4 pages long?
Any genre apart from romance please. Something also that will be easily digestible after a 12 hour shift.
I mostly use my kindle on the train as well, so KU recommendedations also appreciated x
Thank you 🙂

It sounds crazy to recommend a 1,000+ page book for your needs, but The Executioner’s Song by Norman Mailer would be perfect. Especially good as an ebook because the physical book is so massive 😜 It’s a Pulitzer Prize winner that is about Gary Gilmore – a violent murderer who is best known because he accepted his death sentence and wanted his execution expedited. It’s in my top 5 books of all time, and one of the reasons for that (along with excellent writing) is the unusual structure of many short paragraphs and chapters. There’s a lot of blank space in the book, so you aren’t really reading 1,000 pages, and you can easily read as little or as much as you’d like.
Simon Kernick books have quite short chapters. Uk based crime fiction.
