Very gentle audiobooks needed, please save me from endless romance books

I’m struggling to find any audiobooks to enjoy. I’m ill, and am currently looking for very gentle, very easy going audiobooks without any murder, trauma, crime, chronic illness, drama, psychological thrilling, politics or political themes, anything with stereotypical gender roles is a no as it makes me angry, and definitely no ghosts. I’m fed up of cheesy romance books too, even LGBTQ+ ones, I’ve now had my fill!!

I think I am looking for audiobooks about things like friendships, mild adventure, found family. I’m up for real world or fantasy. I’ve even been reading some older children’s books lately.

Is there anything out there? Would be so grateful for any recommendations.
